You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Must be returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging.

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@junlido.store with your order details.

🚚 Return Shipping
